Dakine Tundra Mitt
Details
Tackling some of the coldest weather conditions, the Dakine Tundra Mitt is a perfect option for those looking for the warmest glove out there. The combination of PrimaLoft and down insulation keeps hands warm when the mercury dips deep into the double negatives, while the nylon-polyester shell keeps water from absorbing into the material. We especially loved the silky smooth interior and the simplicity the Tundra Mitt has to offer.
Our only caveats with this mitten are its lack of breathability and dexterity. However, that’s to be expected with such a heavily insulated product. If you’re looking for a mitten that breaths a little better, check out the Hestra Heli Mitt – Women’s. Or if you want a glove with a little more dexterity, check out the Arc’teryx Fission Glove – Women’s. But, if you’re looking for a mitten that provides the ultimate in warmth for cold days on the ski resort, and you’re not concerned with sacrificing dexterity (or breathability), the Tundra Mitt may be right up your alley.
